What Our Clients Say?
Error Code | Description |
F1 (or 1 flash): Temperature Sensor Issue | The temperature sensor has detected that the water temperature is either too low (below -3°C) or too high (above 85°C). This is usually caused by a faulty NTC temperature sensor, which may need to be replaced. |
F2 (or 2 flashes): Water Leak | The dishwasher has detected a water leak. You will need to drain the base, locate the leak, and repair it to resolve the issue. |
F3 (or 3 flashes): Heating System Issue | The dishwasher is having trouble heating the water, which could be caused by a faulty heating element, a defective temperature sensor, or an issue with the connection between the control board and the heater (check the relay connections on the PCB). |
F4 (or 4 flashes): Drainage System Issue | The dishwasher has failed to drain as expected. The issue may be caused by a blocked or faulty drain pump or hose. If so, the pump will need cleaning or replacement. The fault could also be caused by the hose being too low (leading to siphoning), an optical sensor malfunction, or a rare issue with the control board. |
F5 (or 5 flashes): Rotor Blocked | The rotor in the wash motor is blocked or malfunctioning. This may require the dishwasher’s motor to be replaced. |
F6 (or 6 flashes): Not Filling with Water | The dishwasher is not filling with water as expected. This could be due to a faulty water inlet valve, a blockage in the inlet hose, or an issue with the water supply (e.g., the tap is off or has low pressure). The flow meter, which monitors water entry, could also be malfunctioning. |
F7 (or 7 flashes): Flow Meter Issue | The flow meter is malfunctioning, which could be due to a faulty flow meter, a blockage in the inlet hose, a defective water inlet valve, or a closed water tap. |
F8 (or 8 flashes): Water Level Issue | The dishwasher has detected an unusually high water level. This could be caused by a blocked filter, a problem with the water inlet system, excessive detergent leading to foam overflow, or a fault with the spray pump due to an issue with the main wash motor. |
F9 (or 9 flashes): Continuous Water Inlet | The dishwasher is continuously filling with water. This is likely due to a faulty inlet valve that doesn’t close properly, or a short circuit on the main control board. Either the inlet valve or control board may need to be replaced. |
